Maiko-san

This was a very lucky chance encounter, two apprentice Geisha (called Maiko) on their way to...somewhere, probably to shopping or to have their hair redone. It seemed strange to us to see them wearing normal every day kimono rather than the spectacular long-sleeved kimono they wear while working.
