This is a beautiful picture, but she is not from the Gion geisha district. The kimono she is wearing has the pattern used for Pontocho's Kamogawa Odori rather then Gion Kobu's Miyako Odori. In the Miyako Odori, it is a blue kimono with a top design of cherry blossoms and a bottom design that changes every year. The maiko have a set obi that they all wear. In the Kamogawa Odori, it usually a cream or purple kimono with a top design of tatewaku (a set of two waving lines) in a faux shibori pattern and a bottom design that changes every year but usually has something to do with wisterias. The maiko wear their own obi.
Judging by your gallery's pictures, you saw both the Miyako Odori and the Kamogawa Odori. Do you remember which one you liked more ?
